Prize-Winning Story: Secondhand Selves

I got word about this back in September, but didn't feel I could say anything till I had the certificate in hand. I won second place in the FenCon short story contest, which isn't bad, considering I had about 48 hours in which to write the story I submitted. :-) Thank you to Michelle Muenzler for letting me know that the contest existed!
